Founded by sisters Mafe and Coco Cabezas, Toast-It produces a line of frozen, ready-to-toast arepas, inspired by their mother’s recipes and Venezuelan roots.

Arepa is Venezuelan staple made from ground maize dough that is typically filled with ingredients like cheese, butter and meat.
